Practical Updates in Hematolymphoid, Genitourinary, and Orthopedic Pathology
This CME teaching activity has been designed to provide an overview of some of the most common areas of diagnostic difficulty encountered by practicing pathologists in the areas of hematolymphoid, genitourinary, and orthopedic pathology. 2026 Pathology Review: Practical Updates in Hematolymphoid, Genitourinary, and Orthopedic Pathology for the General Pathologist delivers practical, case-oriented teaching focused on real-world diagnostic challenges commonly faced in daily pathology practice.
The course provides extensive details of some of the most important diagnostic features that allow pathologists to make accurate diagnoses in each of these subspecialized areas, while emphasizing how to assess essential diagnostic clues and avoid common diagnostic pitfalls. Lectures also include discussions on ancillary diagnostic techniques such as immunohistochemistry and molecular pathology, with selected sessions incorporating case-based learning for enhanced clinical application.

- Recognize the most common issues related to pathology of arthroplasty specimens
