Evidence-based pediatric care updates for children and adolescents.
The AAFP Child and Adolescent Health Self-Study 13th Edition is an evidence-based educational program designed to help family physicians strengthen their knowledge and clinical skills in caring for pediatric and adolescent patients. Developed by the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), this on-demand course provides practical guidance across a broad range of child and adolescent health concerns.
Recorded from the AAFP Child and Adolescent Health live course, the program includes 19 expert-led sessions covering common and emerging pediatric topics, including preventive care, immunizations, developmental and behavioral conditions, autism spectrum disorders, acute illness, chronic disease management, and communication with patients and caregivers.
Through clinically relevant discussions and evidence-based recommendations, participants will reinforce diagnostic and treatment approaches, recognize when specialist consultation is appropriate, and improve the delivery of coordinated, patient-centered pediatric care.
* Please note: These on-demand recordings are provided for educational purposes only and are not eligible for CME credit.
